DENTAL IMPLANT DIAGNOSTICS

During the diagnostic phase, hi-resolution photos, digital x-rays, a 3D CAT scan and a thorough clinical evaluation will take place followed by expert explanation of the case diagnosis and treatment options. For multiple sites and full arch reconstructions, we also perform occlusion (bite) testing with TENS therapy and jaw tracking. We provide this comprehensive diagnostic work up as a complimentary service.

DENTAL IMPLANT SURGERY

A few days to a few weeks after the diagnostic work up is complete, the implant placements (single site, multiple implants and full mouth implants) takes place. Under non-IV or IV sedation the implant surgery-related procedures are performed: extractions, bone grafts (if necessary), sinus lift augmentations (when indicated) and implants (all on four, mini implants, SLActive or full). Patients can awaken with removable, or implant secured, “initial” teeth to return home with a beautiful smile. Patients resume a full schedule of activities within 24 to 72 hours. Follow-up visits are 1, 4 and 12 weeks after surgery.

DENTAL IMPLANT RESTORATIONS

After the implants has fully integrated with your jawbone (3 weeks to 3 months later), the “final” implant restorations are placed: abutments, implant crowns, all on 4 (four) permanent teeth and various implant secured prosthetics such as dentures, dental bridges and individual crowns.
